Ubarna Orense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Culluhuanca booed when Koasia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Albaratay didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Rene Soto managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Culluhuanca's Ubarna Orense fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fabricio Solbeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaufred Barbeito in the 10th minute of play. Fabricio Solbeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillelmo Vicioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Iraido Buisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Soto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Koasia's goalkeeper Rene Soto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ubarna Orense. Zelipe Guim kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Fabricio Solbeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillelmo Vicioso, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. When Gaufred Barbeito came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Koasia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaufred Barbeito couldn't finish the play. Culluhuanca's Fabricio Solbeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaufred Barbeito in the 31st minute of play. Culluhuanca's Sengrat Parral got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaufred Barbeito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Fabricio Solbeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Gaufred Barbeito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Koasia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ubarna Orense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iraido Buisan was the one to do the kick off. Rene Soto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iraido Buisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillelmo Vicioso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Solbeida having to interfere. Ubarna Orense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Ubarna Orense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rene Soto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iraido Buisan in the 77th minute of play. Gaufred Barbeito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Koasia's zone, Ubarna Orense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Soto came out of the goal and Ubarna Orense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Soto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iraido Buisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rene Soto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubarna Orense in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Koasia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
