The Andy Cachon was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Andy Cachon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mercurio Balbas's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Orzaize Santillana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frutos Albiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. If Mercurio Balbas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oinatz Busto kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Gorka Tebe made a precise shot to the right of Andy Cachon. Aychuyo FBC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Igospampa's Frutos Albiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orzaize Santillana in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Gorka Tebe notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Aychuyo FBC's Andy Cachon. Andy Cachon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After having played for 52 minutes, Gorka Tebe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Igospampa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gorka Tebe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee ignored Aychuyo FBC's protests and gave Raymundo Alaniz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Raymundo Alaniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Aychuyo FBC's Iraido Miranda got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Igospampa's Ugutz Marchamalo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide.
