Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Montel Virto kicked off to start the match. Celestino Theobald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sixto Ondarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Eloi Baburizza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Alonso Hoyos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuchusquea FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alonso Hoyos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eloi Baburizza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rik Borja charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rik Borja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sallique getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Rik Borja hit a great ball. Eloi Baburizza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sixto Ondarra went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 28 minutes, Montel Virto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sallique's supporters crossed their fingers, but Montel Virto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celestino Theobald took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cerilo Figueruel. Cerilo Figueruel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Sixto Ondarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Celestino Theobald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 40 played minutes Sallique got a freekick which was hit by Frédson Andrade. In the 49th minute of the match Chuchusquea FBC got a corner. Sallique's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Poncio Echague ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tebaldo Hero made a great header on Chuchusquea FBC's corner, it was just that Sallique's Eloi Baburizza managed to reach the ball for a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sixto Ondarra to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sallique's zone, Alonso Hoyos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloi Baburizza came out of the goal and Alonso Hoyos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sixto Ondarra in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloi Baburizza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Celestino Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chuchusquea FBC's Alonso Hoyos got a free kick in the 67th minute. A collision led to Sallique getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Remir Echaitia hit a great ball. Chuchusquea FBC's Cerilo Figueruel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Montel Virto in the 78th minute of play. Sallique's Celestino Theobald got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Montel Virto scored 2-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cerilo Figueruel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celestino Theobald in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cerilo Figueruel saved Chuchusquea FBC from getting behind. Alonso Hoyos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eloi Baburizza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Sallique were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chuchusquea FBC for a fine match.
