Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Faustino Latonero started the match with the kick off. After having played for 7 minutes, Xabel Tendiero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lihuilihui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xabel Tendiero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Javier Barbot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Latonero in the 9th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Cipriano Avalos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 18 played minutes Majoro got a freekick which was hit by Lico Pinto. In the 19th minute of the match Celipe Olloa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Javier Barbot showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlondon Santoval during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lihuilihui fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Javier Barbot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gamus Vara, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With his leg Cipriano Avalos managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Majoro's Balesio Lamboy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Balesio Lamboy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cipriano Avalos having to make a save. A collision led to Lihuilihui getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Hipolito Corroto hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Hipolito Espellosa made the kick off in the second half. Hipolito Espellosa hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Gamus Vara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Majoro's zone, Faustino Latonero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Barbot came out of the goal and Faustino Latonero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lihuilihui were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Majoro's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celipe Olloa took the corner. The corner ended in Celipe Olloa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Majoro's Javier Barbot did a great save. In the 74th minute Hipolito Espellosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Avalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gamus Vara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Javier Barbot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lihuilihui booed when Majoro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Tejerizo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Javier Barbot acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Celipe Olloa. After 80 minutes, Faustino Latonero made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Majoro's Javier Barbot tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Hipolito Espellosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Lihuilihui getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Xavian Pazos hit a great ball. Balesio Lamboy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Cipriano Avalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Javier Barbot managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Lihuilihui's Gamus Vara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Majoro were victorious despite being under pressure from Lihuilihui for much of the match.
