In the 13th match minute, ALIANZA LIMAO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Cordal to maneuver through the defense. Jakue Viciola was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Illart Vinambres capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Illart Vinambres really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 17th match minute, Huaychane FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xelo Larramendi to maneuver through the defense. Bibiano Ezquierdo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Godfredo Cubillas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to ALIANZA LIMAO getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Steven Barnuevo hit a great ball. Illart Vinambres might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jakue Viciola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Illart Vinambres ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31stth minute of the game Illart Vinambres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ALIANZA LIMAO's Jakue Viciola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Godfredo Cubillas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bibiano Ezquierdo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ALIANZA LIMAO's Jakue Viciola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save ALIANZA LIMAO from getting a goal against them. Zemario Amescua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zemario Amescua got free with Jakue Viciola in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Illart Vinambres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Laurgain Tobar hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Jakue Viciola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Illart Vinambres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Frascuelo Fleytas came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the ALIANZA LIMAO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frascuelo Fleytas couldn't finish the play. Jakue Viciola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Illart Vinambres in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Illart Vinambres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huaychane FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Illart Vinambres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakue Viciola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute Zemario Amescua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakue Viciola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakue Viciola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zemario Amescua in the 72nd minute of the match. After 94 minutes ALIANZA LIMAO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Herminio Corniero who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Huaychane FBC's Martinez Arecha getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. There was no doubt that Huaychane FBC were the better team. Huaychane FBC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
