Xzavaier Enciso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eufrasio Requenes's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. If Oso Ferreros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Loco Lobato during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tacna FC booed when Club Alianza Adrian was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loco Lobato didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Eufrasio Requenes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacna FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eufrasio Requenes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Club Alianza Adrian getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Saturnino Teixido hit a great ball. Eufrasio Requenes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Xzavaier Enciso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Club Alianza Adrian's goal looked a bit too open when Eufrasio Requenes came free, but Xzavaier Enciso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 64th minute, Oso Ferreros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Eztebe Aedo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tacna FC's Lon Simon. Lon Simon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the match, Tacna FC's goalkeeper Lon Simon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eztebe Aedo. Xzavaier Enciso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oso Ferreros in the 74th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Oso Ferreros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xzavaier Enciso was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 82 minutes into the game, Saturnino Teixido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Alianza Adrian's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tacna FC the free kick.
