When Bordat Chaniz came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Los pibitos F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bordat Chaniz couldn't finish the play. If Carlomagno Fauria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Los pibitos F.C booed when Huisiapuco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlomagno Fauria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Huisiapuco FC's Dominic Ferreros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Huly Arriete in the 17th minute of play. Paulo Diana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Ferreros having to interfere. Bordat Chaniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Ferreros having to interfere. Dominic Ferreros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bordat Chaniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Bordat Chaniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Ferreros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Huisiapuco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bordat Chaniz came free, but Dominic Ferreros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Diana kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Los pibitos F.C's Godfredo Baroja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mingo Castañondo in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match, Carlomagno Fauria got a very nice opportunity to score, but Godfredo Baroja was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Huly Arriete to make the kick off. Godfredo Baroja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlomagno Fauria in the 52nd minute of the match. Huisiapuco FC's attack was well implemented in the 56th minute, but when Carlomagno Fauria was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Carlomagno Fauria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bingen Teigeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Huisiapuco FC's Carlomagno Fauria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Godfredo Baroja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Dominic Ferreros made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Bordat Chaniz sent off a good shot on target. Bordat Chaniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlomagno Fauria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 minutes of play, Huisiapuco FC's Carlomagno Fauria made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godfredo Baroja was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Huisiapuco FC's zone, Bordat Chaniz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dominic Ferreros came out of the goal and Bordat Chaniz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Huly Arriete got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mingo Castañondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Huisiapuco FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los pibitos F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
