Dominic Ferreros made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Timoteo Monedero sent off a good shot on target. Carlomagno Fauria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Carlomagno Fauria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Etxepare Villaseñor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mingo Castañondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Etxepare Villaseñor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timoteo Monedero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute of the match, Barros Laspron tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dominic Ferreros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Barros Laspron might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dominic Ferreros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barros Laspron ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute of the match Fonda Peñin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominic Ferreros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Huisiapuco FC's Dominic Ferreros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barros Laspron in the 41st minute of play. Hututopucro FC's Etxepare Villaseñor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mingo Castañondo in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlomagno Fauria in the 47th minute of play forced Hututopucro FC's goalkeeper Etxepare Villaseñor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mingo Castañondo might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Etxepare Villaseñor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mingo Castañondo ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mingo Castañondo to make the kick off. Dominic Ferreros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Monedero in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Mingo Castañondo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Etxepare Villaseñor. The goal made the score 0-1. When Barros Laspron, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 60 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Dominic Ferreros was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Carlomagno Fauria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Etxepare Villaseñor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 70th minute of the match, Carlomagno Fauria got a very nice opportunity to score, but Etxepare Villaseñor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 74 minutes into the game, Barros Laspron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dominic Ferreros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Hututopucro FC's Barros Laspron in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huisiapuco FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute Mingo Castañondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Etxepare Villaseñor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Liberto Gutierrez during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hututopucro FC's Liberto Gutierrez got a free kick in the 90th minute. Carlomagno Fauria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Hututopucro FC's zone, Carlomagno Fauria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Etxepare Villaseñor came out of the goal and Carlomagno Fauria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Hututopucro FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Huisiapuco FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Huisiapuco FC.
