Batista Bocos charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 88th minute of the match Susuma got a corner. Unchuhuaray FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bitxintxo Cañellas ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in Unchuhuaray FC's zone, Arsenio Villafaña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Goi Escarza came out of the goal and Arsenio Villafaña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Castulo Peroria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Goi Escarza having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Susuma had won after a very even match.
