Carmelo Alzola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Knight's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Tome came free, but Mariano Correduria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Evaristo Revilla could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Mariano Correduria however easily saved by the left post. Evangelista Prellezo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 45 minutes Knight's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zoilo Bruna who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Knight's goalie and right to Miliano Ibarzabal. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Knight's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Demesio Sobre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Demesio Sobre made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Evaristo Revilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Evaristo Revilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Correduria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Revilla in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Correduria saved Knight from getting behind. In the 57thth minute of the game Demesio Sobre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's Carmelo Alzola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Demesio Sobre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Knight's Carmelo Alzola threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Demesio Sobre, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 68 played minutes Club Real Seigaku F.B.C got a freekick which was hit by Urdaspal Nurueña. If Demesio Sobre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's Carmelo Alzola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demesio Sobre in the 73rd minute of play. Marcelo Labarrita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Carmelo Alzola when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Knight's Demesio Sobre in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Real Seigaku F.B.C's goalie prevented a goal. Carmelo Alzola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Demesio Sobre in the 82nd minute. Knight's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
