Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chan Valenciano in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raymond Perlines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raymond Perlines was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Chan Valenciano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chan Valenciano really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 15th minute of the match Gonzalo Leston shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gorka Cardeños showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Illuta's goal looked a bit too open when Egoitz Aranzazu came free, but Gorka Cardeños reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Pernau in the 19th minute of play forced Illuta's goalkeeper Gorka Cardeños to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Xoan Ormaechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xoan Ormaechea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Raymond Perlines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xoan Ormaechea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Perlines having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chan Valenciano in the 39th minute of play forced Rumipilca FBC's goalkeeper Raymond Perlines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Rumipilca FBC's Raymond Perlines got control of the ball when Xoan Ormaechea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chan Valenciano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. Illuta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

52 minutes into the match, Rumipilca FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Chan Valenciano came free, but Raymond Perlines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Illuta's Chan Valenciano in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rumipilca FBC's goalie prevented a goal. Xoan Ormaechea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Raymond Perlines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Rumipilca FBC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Carpio. The audience was convinced that Xoan Ormaechea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Perlines was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Illuta's Xoan Ormaechea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raymond Perlines narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rumipilca FBC's goalkeeper Raymond Perlines, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raymond Perlines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xoan Ormaechea in the 81st minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Illuta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oxel Archuleta to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Illuta getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Astor Sayago hit a great ball. Rumipilca FBC's Bastian Miquel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gorka Cardeños but with some difficulty. The audience was convinced that Chan Valenciano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Perlines was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Raymond Perlines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xoan Ormaechea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Illuta's Xoan Ormaechea in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rumipilca FBC's goalie prevented a goal. Bento Pernau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Illuta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
