Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaizkine Castellano started the match with the kick off. In the 10th minute, Luisito Marines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martinez Ituarte during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, one of Cali FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cali FC. Mosen Astiategui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubendu Oliveros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubendu Oliveros in the 20th minute of play forced SAN SIMÓNM F.C.'s goalkeeper Mosen Astiategui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mosen Astiategui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustacio Galvez's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Cali FC's Ubendu Oliveros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mosen Astiategui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th match minute, SAN SIMÓNM F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Enao to maneuver through the defense. SAN SIMÓNM F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Ubendu Oliveros scored to the left of an out of position Mosen Astiategui, making the score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ubendu Oliveros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cali FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubendu Oliveros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mosen Astiategui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eustacio Galvez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Mosen Astiategui skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in SAN SIMÓNM F.C.'s zone, Eustacio Galvez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mosen Astiategui came out of the goal and Eustacio Galvez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaizkine Castellano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Riguero having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Ubendu Oliveros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ubendu Oliveros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SAN SIMÓNM F.C.'s Mosen Astiategui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubendu Oliveros in the 53rd minute of play. Mosen Astiategui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubendu Oliveros, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Galvez in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mosen Astiategui prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Ubendu Oliveros sped through SAN SIMÓNM F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mosen Astiategui. Mosen Astiategui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubendu Oliveros in the 62nd minute of the match. Mosen Astiategui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubendu Oliveros, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The Cali FC fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Cali FC's Ubendu Oliveros looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bihar Luaces might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fausto Riguero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bihar Luaces ran back to his position shaking his head. Eustacio Galvez's late challenge caught a SAN SIMÓNM F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eustacio Galvez helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Cali FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Galvez. Ubendu Oliveros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mosen Astiategui having to interfere. If Ubendu Oliveros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Cali FC's Eustacio Galvez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mosen Astiategui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Eustacio Galvez came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Cali FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustacio Galvez couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Ubendu Oliveros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mosen Astiategui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 93 minutes, Ubendu Oliveros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cali FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubendu Oliveros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
