With an all-out effort, Muerte a Chistito FBC's Madeo Gallinal threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christovao Buey, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Huaypira FBC's Madeo Gallinal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christovao Buey in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Cordero Herrasti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Montrelle Bocos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ceferino Cediel charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Cediel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute, one of Huaypira FBC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Huaypira FBC. Yoel Igual shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Eduardo Pijuan struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Madeo Gallinal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muerte a Chistito FBC. When Christovao Buey came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Muerte a Chistito FBC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christovao Buey couldn't finish the play. 35 minutes in the game, Christovao Buey fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Madeo Gallinal having to interfere. Cordero Herrasti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Montrelle Bocos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xabier Cuenca, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cordero Herrasti made a kick off. Christovao Buey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Madeo Gallinal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
