Caetano Talaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Mascaran in the 20th minute of play. Gil Mascaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Ralondo Mañaria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caetano Talaga was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 28th minute, Oliveiro Relloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caetano Talaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralondo Mañaria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Oliveiro Relloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caetano Talaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gil Mascaran scored 0-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Caetano Talaga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pitin Armiaga struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Caetano Talaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AMAZONAS FC. Leonel Consul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elia Angostina was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gaspard Martua showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 46 minute of play.

In the 54th minute Gil Mascaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caetano Talaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AMAZONAS FC's zone, Leonel Consul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elia Angostina came out of the goal and Leonel Consul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, AMAZONAS FC's Oliveiro Relloso got a free kick in the 60th minute. Caetano Talaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pitin Armiaga in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, AMAZONAS FC's Galo Santianes seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Galo Santianes the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AMAZONAS FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Galo Santianes had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After having played for 69 minutes, Rencio Camats managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALIANZA LIMA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rencio Camats was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pitin Armiaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the AMAZONAS FC defense, Gaspard Martua kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elia Angostina. The AMAZONAS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elia Angostina should have stopped the shot. Pueblo Arzallos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Elia Angostina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Consul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, AMAZONAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspard Martua came free, but Elia Angostina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Luix Ruano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ralondo Mañaria came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the AMAZONAS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralondo Mañaria couldn't finish the play. Caetano Talaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralondo Mañaria, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
