Mehis Nugin made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Benigno Viñal sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute Caio Hornilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birila Graña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehis Nugin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurinho Mendonça in the 25th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Daunte Campuzano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehis Nugin was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daunte Campuzano in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehis Nugin saved Spor Las Huevas from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Claretiano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bilbo Bermudez came free, but Birila Graña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lluc Alen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehis Nugin having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Lluc Alen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mehis Nugin. The goal made the score 2-1. Lluc Alen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Mehis Nugin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Claretiano FC's Birila Graña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtzi Zamorano in the 44th minute of play. Lluc Alen in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mehis Nugin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Birila Graña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bilbo Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
