Emanuel Lao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heraclides Briceño in the 70th minute of the match. Toto Carranza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Emanuel Lao when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Manuel Peralta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 101 played minutes Changuinola F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Toto Carranza. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Changuinola F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
