Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toto Posam started the match with the kick off. Mario Ramírez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Morris having to interfere. Åke Asmundsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Cheito Brandao when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cheito Brandao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toto Posam's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Churuquita Chiquita F.C.'s goalkeeper Cheito Brandao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Åke Asmundsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Spadafora in the 22nd minute of play forced Churuquita Chiquita F.C.'s goalkeeper Cheito Brandao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejandro Morris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Diaz in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Ramírez in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Morris saved Club Atletico Nacional from getting behind. In the 27th play minute Åke Asmundsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cheito Brandao. 1-0. After 32 minutes of play, Churuquita Chiquita F.C.'s Sebastián Valdez made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alejandro Morris was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Gabriel Nuñez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Åke Asmundsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Nacional fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Gabriel Nuñez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cheito Brandao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toto Posam in the 46th minute of the match.

53 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Ramírez came free, but Alejandro Morris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Churuquita Chiquita F.C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Felix Aizprua hit a great ball. Alejandro Morris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Ramírez in the 58th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Nacional's Toto Posam nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cheito Brandao made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Åke Asmundsson scored 4-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cheito Brandao, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mario Ramírez in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Morris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Spadafora in the 83rd minute of play forced Churuquita Chiquita F.C.'s goalkeeper Cheito Brandao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mario Ramírez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Atletico Nacional had played much better football throughout.
