In the 3rd minute Fernando Castillero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustavo Pinilla hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. If José De Gracia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José De Gracia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Eloy Chavez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eloy Chavez made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Guillermo Villalaz sent off a good shot on target. If Reggie Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Pinilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Ramos having to interfere. In the 25th minute of the match, José De Gracia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eloy Chavez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 26th match minute, Chepo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Palma to maneuver through the defense. Reggie Zapata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Victor Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martín Benavides's late challenge caught a Kanir-Dup's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martín Benavides helped the player get up and apologised. When Guillermo Villalaz came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Kanir-Dup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Villalaz couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 57th minute José De Gracia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Chavez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eloy Chavez came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Kanir-Dup's José De Gracia. But to his dismay, José De Gracia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Martín Benavides was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Martín Benavides kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If José De Gracia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Gustavo Pinilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes in the game, José De Gracia dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Eloy Chavez had in the 77thth minute some difficulties stopping Giancarlo Paredes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 81st minute Guillermo Villalaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Chavez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reggie Zapata got free with Victor Ramos in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Gustavo Pinilla fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chepo's protests and gave Gustavo Pinilla a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chepo's Gustavo Pinilla got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Emiliano Palma hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Fernando Castillero kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Kanir-Dup were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chepo for a fine match.
