Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emiliano Fernández kicked off to start the match. Max Ortega kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Emiliano Fernández cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Enrique Pimentel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 8th match minute, Guabito F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giancarlo Castro to maneuver through the defense. Andrés Caballero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Ulloa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Enrique Pimentel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Fernández, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Andrés Caballero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Juan Bautista's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guabito F.C. the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of San Juan Bautista:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guabito F.C.:s goal. Andrés Caballero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Henriguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Agustin Ulloa made a huge save. Agustin Ulloa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrés Caballero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Guabito F.C. getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Alexis De Diego hit a great ball. Ivan Urane, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alejandro Henriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Ulloa having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
Julio Quintero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Enrique Pimentel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Guabito F.C. getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Giancarlo Castro hit a great ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Alejandro Henriguez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guabito F.C.'s Agustin Ulloa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Giancarlo Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Emiliano Fernández shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Pimentel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustin Ulloa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrés Caballero in the 73rd minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Andrés Caballero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Juan Bautista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrés Caballero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alejandro Henriguez fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Juan Bautista's protests and gave Alejandro Henriguez a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 86 minutes, Alejandro Henriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
