Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andrés Caballero started the match with the kick off. Joe Posam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Enrique Pimentel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Pimentel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo García, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th match minute, San Juan Bautista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Smith to maneuver through the defense. When Ivan Urane came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the San Juan Bautista fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Urane couldn't finish the play. With his leg Enrique Pimentel managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Agua Buena F.C.'s Joe Posam fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Reinaldo García came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Agua Buena F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinaldo García couldn't finish the play. Toto Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrés Caballero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agua Buena F.C.'s Ramón Pinilla got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Lao hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Andrés Caballero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Alejandro Henriguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Toto Moreno made a huge save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Agua Buena F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of San Juan Bautista:s goal. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, San Juan Bautista's Ivan Urane got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Toto Moreno. Andrés Caballero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Pimentel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Posam in the 68th minute of the match. If Alejandro Henriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Andrés Caballero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toto Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejandro Henriguezs short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Toto Moreno to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 74th minute of the game, Carlos Toledano landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After a rather tough play, Agua Buena F.C.'s Jorge Mendieta got a free kick in the 75th minute. Ramón Pinilla kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Alejandro Henriguez struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Toto Moreno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Juan Bautista. Nicolás Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Reinaldo García had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joe Posam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Enrique Pimentel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
