If Emiliano Sobenis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mata Del Nance's Fabio Alfaro got a free kick in the 16th minute. Pesé's Sergio Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Pesé's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Cedeño came free, but Agustin Ramírez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Pesé fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Pesé's Emiliano Sobenis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fernando Ríos. In the 83rd match minute, Pesé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Torrijos to maneuver through the defense. When Emanuel Peren came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Mata Del Nance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Peren couldn't finish the play.
