The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Amaya helped the player get up and apologised. Marcos Amaya hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Kanir-Dup F.C.'s Andres Diaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Mota in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute Pedro Pérez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Diaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atalaya's Pedro Pérez got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Atalaya's Ivan Mota in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kanir-Dup F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Pérez took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Diaz. Andres Diaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Kanir-Dup F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Pérez came free, but Andres Diaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Mota took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Diaz. Andres Diaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Atalaya's Reggie De Diego in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kanir-Dup F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 29th minute, Victor Murillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Atalaya's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Brandao came free, but Moisés Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Murillo in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Moisés Batista, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Andres Diaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Pérez in the 38th minute of play. If Pedro Pérez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Pérez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Atalaya were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivan Mota stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Pedro Pérez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Andres Diaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Mota in the 52nd minute of play. Pedro Pérez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Atalaya's Andres Diaz threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivan Mota, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Pedro Pérez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Diaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Mota in the 71st minute of play. Ivan Brandao hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Brandao in the 77th minute of play forced Atalaya's goalkeeper Moisés Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atalaya's zone, Victor Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moisés Batista came out of the goal and Victor Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Pérez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Andres Diaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moisés Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Murillo in the 92nd minute of the match. Andres Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Atalaya left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kanir-Dup F.C..
