After having played for 4 minutes, Emiliano Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cirilo Guainora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Moreno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joe Peralta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Totin Peralta came out and tried to block the shot, but Joe Peralta slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. Wilfredo Ríos hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the game, Max Henriguez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lucho Dely was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Nombre De Dios's zone, Emiliano Moreno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucho Dely came out of the goal and Emiliano Moreno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute Max Henriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucho Dely saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Nombre De Dios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Arauz to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Nombre De Dios's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Moreno came free, but Lucho Dely reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Max Henriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joe Peralta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Totin Peralta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Max Henriguez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucho Dely. Nombre De Dios's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Max Henriguez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Nombre De Dios's Lucho Dely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Sobenis in the 48th minute of play. The Nombre De Dios players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cirilo Guainora were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emiliano Moreno was the one to do the kick off. Joe Peralta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Totin Peralta having to make a save. After 58 minutes of play, Nombre De Dios's Marcos Garcia De Paredes made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Totin Peralta was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Lucho Dely managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Cirilo Guainora's Max Henriguez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 2-3 became the score in the 63rd minute when Emiliano Moreno elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Joe Peralta notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Cirilo Guainora's Totin Peralta. Totin Peralta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomás Garcia De Paredes charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomás Garcia De Paredes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th match minute, Cirilo Guainora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Garcia De Paredes to maneuver through the defense. José Sobenis kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Nombre De Dios's Lucho Dely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Moreno in the 77th minute of play. Max Henriguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Lucho Dely made a huge save. If Joe Peralta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Ríos struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Totin Peralta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nombre De Dios. The supporters of Nombre De Dios booed when Cirilo Guainora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Garcia De Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cirilo Guainora's zone, Marcos Garcia De Paredes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Totin Peralta came out of the goal and Marcos Garcia De Paredes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Garcia De Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Marcos Garcia De Paredes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nombre De Dios's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcos Garcia De Paredes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Totin Peralta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Nombre De Dios players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
