Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Max Corral took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 played minutes Nuevo San Juan F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Navarro. In the 17th play minute Antonio García came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Guillermo Toledano. 1-0. After some careless play in the Quebrada Bonita Adentro defense, Reinaldo Calderón kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guillermo Toledano. The Quebrada Bonita Adentro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guillermo Toledano should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Antonio García's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guillermo Toledano was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Max Corral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebrada Bonita Adentro's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Corral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martín De Diego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Antonio García got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Pedro Navarro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Guillermo Toledano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Villarreal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Martín De Diego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Quebrada Bonita Adentro getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Wilfredo Villarreal hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio García was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Max Corral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebrada Bonita Adentro's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Corral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martín De Diego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio García in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Toledano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the game, Max Corral recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Martín De Diego. Max Corral showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. In the 79th minute, Lorenzo Posam ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martín De Diego was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. After 82 played minutes Quebrada Bonita Adentro got a freekick which was hit by Azael Pimentel. Martín De Diego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Corral in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Azael Gómez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martín De Diego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match José Villarreal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guillermo Toledano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute, Azael Gómez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Antonio García left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nuevo San Juan F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nuevo San Juan F.C. had won after a very even match.
