Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorge Mora got the match started through his kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nombre De Dios F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! Gilberto González walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Nombre De Dios F.C.'s Luchito Dely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Zapata in the 17th minute of play. Luchito Dely showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Zapata in the 18th minute of the match. Juan Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Totin Tijero in the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mamitipo's zone, Totin Tijero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Arias came out of the goal and Totin Tijero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Totin Tijero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Herbruger's late challenge caught a Nombre De Dios F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Herbruger helped the player get up and apologised. Ramon Herbruger hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 38thth minute of the game Totin Tijero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mamitipo's Juan Arias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute Totin Tijero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 44 minutes, Ramon Herbruger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mamitipo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Herbruger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rolando Zapata came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Mamitipo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Zapata couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Totin Tijero to strike the kick off in the second half. Jorge Mora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Luchito Dely tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Mora was extremely unlucky when he, in the 65th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Rolando Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Navarro in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Arias saved Mamitipo from getting behind. After 69 played minutes Nombre De Dios F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Juan Torrijos. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Jorge Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mamitipo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Mora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luchito Dely breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ivan Navarro struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Juan Arias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nombre De Dios F.C.. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mamitipo's goalkeeper Juan Arias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Totin Tijero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Totin Tijero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Juan Arias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Arias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Navarro's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nombre De Dios F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mamitipo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
