Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Juan De Paredes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Raul Espino fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santa Ana Arriba F.C.'s protests and gave Raul Espino a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 played minutes Santa Ana Arriba F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Raul Espino. Antonio Benavides was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Nuñez in the 11th minute of play forced Puerto Pilón's goalkeeper Sebastián Agurto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franklin Mendieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sebastián Agurto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Puerto Pilón's Sebastián Agurto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Nuñez in the 16th minute of play. Sebastián Agurto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Nuñez in the 18th minute of the match. Mario Muñoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hector Mendoza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Chavez having to interfere. When Mario Muñoz came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Puerto Pilón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Muñoz couldn't finish the play. Santa Ana Arriba F.C.'s Alberto Nuñez got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franklin Mendieta got free with Sebastián Agurto in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Puerto Pilón's Sebastián Agurto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Nuñez in the 40th minute of play. Alberto Nuñez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Alberto Nuñez made the kick off in the second half. Sebastián Agurto came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Ana Arriba F.C.'s Alberto Nuñez. But to his dismay, Alberto Nuñez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Franklin Mendieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Sebastián Agurto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Puerto Pilón's Ramon González got a free kick in the 58th minute. Franklin Mendieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Franklin Mendieta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Ana Arriba F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Franklin Mendieta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastián Agurto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mario Muñoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Puerto Pilón's Juan De Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulpiano Ortega during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute, Franklin Mendieta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Franklin Mendieta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Nuñez in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastián Agurto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santa Ana Arriba F.C.'s Franklin Mendieta got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santa Ana Arriba F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
