Sabanitas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Bermudez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Leonidas Mora's late challenge caught a Sabanitas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonidas Mora helped the player get up and apologised. 34 minutes into the game, Totín Urane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Heraclides Quintero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Heraclides Quintero made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Totín Urane sent off a good shot on target. Heraclides Quintero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Sabanitas's Gilberto Toledano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Sabanitas from getting a goal against them. Heraclides Quintero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Totín Urane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Bermudez in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Toledano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sabanitas's Gilberto Toledano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Sabanitas from getting a goal against them.
