Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Bultrón started the match with the kick off. Wiliam Pinilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jaime Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Capellanía's goal looked a bit too open when David Quiros came free, but Jaime Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Jaime Bultrón got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Ricardo Fernandez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 25 minutes into the game, Emanuel Corral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jaqué F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capellanía the free kick. A collision led to Jaqué F.C. getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Emanuel Corral hit a great ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Jaime Bultrón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capellanía's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Bultrón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Jaqué F.C.'s goalkeeper Rigoberto Quirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Fernandez. Rigoberto Quirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Bultrón, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, David Quiros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaqué F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but David Quiros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wiliam Pinilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiliam Pinilla in the 44th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Wiliam Pinilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wiliam Pinilla made a kick off. David Quiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jaime Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Ricardo Fernandez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rigoberto Quirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Bultrón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Ricardo Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capellanía's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Fernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Quirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Fernandez might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rigoberto Quirós. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Fernandez ran back to his position shaking his head. Jaime Bultrón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Capellanía's Jaime Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiliam Pinilla in the 84th minute of play. David Quiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jaime Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Jaqué F.C. booed when Capellanía was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Gómez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capellanía's Jaime Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiliam Pinilla in the 87th minute of play. After 89th play minutes David Quiros shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Jaime Orozco and just under the crossbar into goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jaqué F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
