Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jaime Bultrón fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Gil having to interfere. Ulpiano Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ricardo Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Capellanía fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Fernandez couldn't finish the play. Capellanía's Jaime Bultrón was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With a little luck, Santiago F.C.'s Pedro Gil got control of the ball when Ricardo Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Capellanía's Jaime Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milton González in the 26th minute of play. Santiago F.C.'s Jaime Castillero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Capellanía. Milton González received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jaime Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Castillero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jaime Orozco. Capellanía's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Capellanía's goalkeeper Jaime Orozco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Bultrón to make the kick off. If Milton González had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Francesco Benavides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes Santiago F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Castillero. Luchito Herrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Milton González came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Santiago F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milton González couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Ulpiano Jaen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Orozco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luchito Herrera in the 78th minute. Ricardo Fernandez took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Gil. Pedro Gil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Pedro Gil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Gil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Fernandez in the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Santiago F.C.'s zone, Ricardo Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Gil came out of the goal and Ricardo Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Santiago F.C. getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ulpiano Jaen hit a great ball. Luchito Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Orozco having to interfere.
