Jonathan Quiros's late challenge caught a Mamitipo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Quiros helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mamitipo booed when Nuevo Arraiján F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Quiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuevo Arraiján F.C.'s Jonathan Quiros got his second yellow card of the match in the 29th minute. The referee ordered Jonathan Quiros off the ground. A collision led to Nuevo Arraiján F.C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jonathan Quiros hit a great ball. Humberto Castillero charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Castillero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Mamitipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Castillero to maneuver through the defense. If Wilfredo Dely had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Castillero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrique Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Dely in the 47th minute of the match.

When Humberto Castillero came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Mamitipo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Castillero couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Wilfredo Dely got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 59 minutes, Wiliam Oberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nuevo Arraiján F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiliam Oberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Enrique Perez managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Nuevo Arraiján F.C.'s Wilfredo Dely fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 65th minute Tomaso Henriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Dely saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mamitipo's Tomaso Henriguez in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nuevo Arraiján F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Gabriel Dely didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomaso Henriguez went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 78 minutes into the game, one of Nuevo Arraiján F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Tomaso Henriguez put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gabriel Dely.
