Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Max Spadafora started the match with the kick off. Leonidas Amaya hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Agurto got free with Ramon Orozco in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Gilberto Agurto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramon Orozco. Caimitillo F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Agurto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 16 played minutes Colón F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Max Cedeño. Max Spadafora struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ramon Orozco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colón F.C.. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Max Spadafora in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramon Orozco saved Caimitillo F.C. from getting behind. Gilberto Agurto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ramon Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Agurto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Orozco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pablo Centella during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Caimitillo F.C.'s Pablo Centella got a free kick in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Colón F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Amaya came free, but Ricardo Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colón F.C.'s Max Spadafora was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 34th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Max Spadafora in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Orozco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Max Spadafora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Orozco having to interfere. The supporters of Colón F.C. booed when Caimitillo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Amaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 played minutes, Colón F.C.'s Luchito Arauz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ramon Orozco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Colón F.C. reached it. In the 43rd minute, Colón F.C.'s Max Spadafora dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 52nd minute, Mario Treviño got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gilberto Agurto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Caimitillo F.C.'s Mario Treviño dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Caimitillo F.C.'s Ramon Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Spadafora in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Gilberto Agurto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the game, Colón F.C.'s Max Spadafora nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramon Orozco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Max Spadafora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilberto Spadafora hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes Caimitillo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Centella. When Max Spadafora came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Colón F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Max Spadafora couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Agurto in the 84th minute of play forced Caimitillo F.C.'s goalkeeper Ramon Orozco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilberto Agurto in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Orozco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st match minute, Caimitillo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Quiros to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes Colón F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Agurto. The supporters of Colón F.C. booed when Caimitillo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Pimentel didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Colón F.C. fully deserved thier win.
