Diego Padura kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 5 played minutes UD Huamanqui got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Caldueño. After taking down the ball on Jimbura SC's corner Angelo Estibalez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leo Portochao quite easily take care of the ball. Cristobal Casadevante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Portochao having to interfere. Cristobal Casadevante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Leo Portochao made a huge save. If Jonathan Arganzua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Urriola received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leo Portochao came out and tried to block the shot, but George Urriola slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. In the 26th match minute, UD Huamanqui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Rapado to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that George Urriola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Portochao was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. UD Huamanqui's Leo Portochao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save UD Huamanqui from getting a goal against them. Cristobal Casadevante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, UD Huamanqui's Mateo Caldueño got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Urriola in the 39th minute of play forced UD Huamanqui's goalkeeper Leo Portochao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Arganzua might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xayvion Astiategui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonathan Arganzua ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Arganzua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xayvion Astiategui having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nando Peart to make the kick off. A collision led to Jimbura SC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Sebastian Acosta hit a great ball. Xayvion Astiategui acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Juan-Angel Ares. Leo Portochao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Urriola, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Nando Peart managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Huamanqui's supporters rose to their feet, but Nando Peart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xayvion Astiategui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jimbura SC's Espinoza Casanova in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Mateo Caldueño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xayvion Astiategui having to interfere. Cristobal Casadevante took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Portochao. Leo Portochao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Jimbura SC's Xayvion Astiategui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Jimbura SC from getting a goal against them. Isaias Hilari hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in UD Huamanqui's zone, George Urriola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Portochao came out of the goal and George Urriola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 96 minutes, Cristobal Casadevante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jimbura SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristobal Casadevante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jimbura SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
