Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ugaitz Fontoria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Palobamba SC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Gregorio Roiz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Pasayogacho SC's Urki Celaya got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Xusto Poncelas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palobamba SC's Diego Maysonet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urki Celaya in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Urki Celaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Maysonet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Ferreiras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Roberto Rodezno made a huge save. Roberto Rodezno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xusto Poncelas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Marcelo Ferreiras struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Roberto Rodezno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palobamba SC. In the 42nd minute, Xusto Poncelas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Ugaitz Fontoria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Diego Maysonet made a huge save. Umea Jaquinot charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Umea Jaquinot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Umea Jaquinot hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Marcelo Ferreiras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Rodezno having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Marcelo Ferreiras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Palobamba SC's zone, Urki Celaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Maysonet came out of the goal and Urki Celaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pasayogacho SC's Ugaitz Fontoria got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Palobamba SC's Marcelo Ferreiras got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pasayogacho SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
