When Armando Seoane came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Alban fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Seoane couldn't finish the play. 5 minutes into the match, Sipta's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Seoane came free, but Zayveon Traspalacios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 played minutes Sipta got a freekick which was hit by Castillo Briones. In the 8th minute, Bruno Carpio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xizavier Cardiel, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Armando Seoane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ordonez Manglano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Sipta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alban:s goal. Armando Seoane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Castillo Briones charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Castillo Briones the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sipta's Castillo Briones got a free kick in the 36th minute. Quintana Vivas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Víctor Juara made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Quintana Vivas was the one to do the kick off. Leonardo Tabernilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zayveon Traspalacios read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Ordonez Manglano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Víctor Juara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sipta's Ordonez Manglano got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xizavier Cardiel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zayveon Traspalacios. Sipta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Alban's zone, Ordonez Manglano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Víctor Juara came out of the goal and Ordonez Manglano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ordonez Manglano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Víctor Juara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Sipta's Ordonez Manglano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Víctor Juara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Zayveon Traspalacios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Seoane in the 92nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alban's zone, Bruno Carpio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Víctor Juara came out of the goal and Bruno Carpio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quintana Vivas in the 95th minute of play forced Alban's goalkeeper Víctor Juara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alban walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
