Leonardo Tabernilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dani Cañete. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonardo Tabernilla ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Alban defense, Montalvo Jordo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Víctor Juara. The Alban fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Víctor Juara should have stopped the shot. Montalvo Jordo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Víctor Juara having to interfere. De-Jesús Granell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Víctor Juara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Tabernilla made a kick off. Jaguito's Montalvo Jordo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villarreal Ribero kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Montalvo Jordo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Víctor Juara having to interfere. The Alban fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Alban's Leonardo Tabernilla looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Villarreal Ribero during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Alban getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Villarreal Ribero hit a great ball. Víctor Juara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Montalvo Jordo, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Jose Cubillas kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jaguito's zone, Leonardo Tabernilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dani Cañete came out of the goal and Leonardo Tabernilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, Jaguito's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Guillaumet came free, but Dani Cañete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If De-Jesús Granell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Leonardo Tabernilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dani Cañete was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. Víctor Juara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Montalvo Jordo, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
