The referee ignored Pioter SC's protests and gave Xzaiver Tebar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th match minute, Pioter SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xzaiver Tebar to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Roldan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vidal Laine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Checa Moyano in the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Roldan made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pioter SC's goalkeeper Luzuriaga Alcedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ximenes Clavell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vidal Laine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cuero Penas went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Vidal Laine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Checa Moyano, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Castro Lino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Vidal Laine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pioter SC's Cuero Penas got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cuero Penas in the 82nd minute of play forced Sinangue SC's goalkeeper Vidal Laine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pioter SC's zone, Ximenes Clavell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luzuriaga Alcedo came out of the goal and Ximenes Clavell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 89 played minutes Sinangue SC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Agüera. Vidal Laine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cuero Penas's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pioter SC had won after a very even match.
