Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gomez Arceo made the kick off and thus started the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Espínola Partarroyo in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pancho Orio saved Sayausid SC from getting behind. Espínola Partarroyo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Batista Biembengén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Icedo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Sayausid SC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Fortunato Cuquejo hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Blandón Candia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pancho Orio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Batista Biembengén's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Aurelio Cerrajeria skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pancho Orio came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by UD Tobachirin's Gomez Arceo. But to his dismay, Gomez Arceo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Icedo in the 35th minute of play forced UD Tobachirin's goalkeeper Aurelio Cerrajeria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Santiago Sorribo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelio Cerrajeria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Icedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Gómez Saens kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, UD Tobachirin's Blandón Candia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After the first half UD Tobachirin were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Javier Icedo made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sayausid SC booed when UD Tobachirin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xzavion Cugurulls didn't get a good kick on the ball. The attack was good, but when Javier Icedo in the 58th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Aurelio Cerrajeria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batista Biembengén in the 62nd minute of play. Ubarna Laures charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ubarna Laures the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sayausid SC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ubarna Laures hit a great ball. Javier Icedo succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Pancho Orio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gomez Arceo in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 77 minutes, Gomez Arceo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Tobachirin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gomez Arceo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Aldasoro in the 80th minute of play forced UD Tobachirin's goalkeeper Aurelio Cerrajeria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. UD Tobachirin's Espínola Partarroyo got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sayausid SC's Pancho Orio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gomez Arceo in the 93rd minute of play. When Cruz Carrera fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sayausid SC's protests and gave Cruz Carrera a yellow card for diving instead. After 97 played minutes Sayausid SC got a freekick which was hit by Cruz Carrera. With an all-out effort, UD Tobachirin's Pancho Orio threw himself towards the right post 99 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gomez Arceo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
