Victor Pamanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Avedillo having to interfere. Yánez Morell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mendoza Echart having to interfere. If Sixto Roson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CD Cuyabeno's Mendoza Echart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yánez Morell in the 18th minute of play. Felipe Avedillo made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Xelo Moniz sent off a good shot on target. Felipe Avedillo had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Suárez Viramontez's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Felipe Avedillo came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Cuyabeno's Suárez Viramontez. But to his dismay, Suárez Viramontez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Pablo Pantojas's late challenge caught a Pavas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Pantojas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, CD Cuyabeno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Pantojas to maneuver through the defense. When Yánez Morell came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Pavas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yánez Morell couldn't finish the play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Victor Pamanes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pavas's Felipe Avedillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Pavas's Yánez Morell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mendoza Echart narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Cuyabeno's goalkeeper Mendoza Echart, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Sixto Roson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Yánez Morell made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Rolando Llano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Cuyabeno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pavas the free kick. After a rather tough play, CD Cuyabeno's Rolando Llano got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Sixto Roson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CD Cuyabeno's Mendoza Echart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yánez Morell in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute Yánez Morell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mendoza Echart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sixto Roson came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Pavas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Roson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Pamanes in the 64th minute of play forced Pavas's goalkeeper Felipe Avedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yánez Morell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Mendoza Echart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pavas's Paz Bouceda got a free kick in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Pavas's goal looked a bit too open when Xelo Moniz came free, but Felipe Avedillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yánez Morell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mendoza Echart having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Pablo Pantojas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixto Roson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 94 minutes, Yánez Morell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pavas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yánez Morell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
