Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hernando Arandajo got the match started through his kick off. Hernando Arandajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Xesus Acuña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Esmeralda booed when Charapa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arboleda Paratorrecilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erwin Churruca struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Americo Trifol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Charapa. Erwin Churruca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15thth minute of the game Segundo Lagunas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esmeralda's Americo Trifol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roris Barrachina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xesus Acuña having to interfere. Francisco Tellado kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Vennancio Aujea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xesus Acuña was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After 25 minutes, Roris Barrachina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esmeralda and the Charapa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Charapa booed when Esmeralda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roris Barrachina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erwin Churruca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erwin Churruca got free with Americo Trifol in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Segundo Lagunas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Americo Trifol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Erwin Churruca's late challenge caught a Esmeralda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erwin Churruca helped the player get up and apologised. Erwin Churruca hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Segundo Lagunas was the one to do the kick off. Erwin Churruca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Lagunas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Trifol having to interfere. A collision led to Esmeralda getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Villota Ilisarri hit a great ball. If Erwin Churruca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Americo Trifol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin Churruca in the 66th minute of the match. Xesus Acuña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernando Arandajo in the 74th minute of play. Xesus Acuña came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Esmeralda's Vennancio Aujea. But to his dismay, Vennancio Aujea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Segundo Lagunas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Americo Trifol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Villota Ilisarri kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Charapa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Esmeralda's performance. The match ended with a win for Esmeralda.
