Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Palacios started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute of the match Zhucay FC got a corner. CD Papaca's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zayvius Herrea ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 6 minutes, Elkin Sanz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Papaca and the Zhucay FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to CD Papaca getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Elkin Sanz hit a great ball. Facundo Tehas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Urdin Saens's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. If Mario Escalona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Urdin Saens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Facundo Tehas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Edmundo Palacios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavion Llul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of CD Papaca booed when Zhucay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zamora Legaspi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, CD Papaca's Ponce Mendia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xzavion Llul narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When CD Papaca's Ponce Mendia in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zhucay FC's goalie prevented a goal. Zhucay FC's Xzavion Llul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ponce Mendia in the 22nd minute of play. After 29 minutes, Juan-Carlos Arnuero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zhucay FC and the CD Papaca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elkin Sanz got his second yellow card in the match during the 32nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 36 played minutes CD Papaca got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Palacios. Urdin Saens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Facundo Tehas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urdin Saens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Facundo Tehas having to interfere. If Ponce Mendia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 44 minutes, Enrico Verda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Papaca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrico Verda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Urdin Saens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ramos Hesles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barros Porrata lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. If Mario Escalona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CD Papaca's Facundo Tehas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urdin Saens in the 70th minute of play. Urdin Saens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Facundo Tehas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Escalona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Zhucay FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Juan-Carlos Arnuero hit a great ball. If Mario Escalona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Zamora Legaspi came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Zhucay FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zamora Legaspi couldn't finish the play. The referee gave Zhucay FC a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zayvius Herrea, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CD Papaca's Facundo Tehas. 2-1. Mario Escalona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Facundo Tehas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Escalona in the 96th minute of play. Mario Escalona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Facundo Tehas having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zhucay FC had played much better football throughout.
