The audience thought a goal was coming when German Mañe got free with Chatruc Cadaval in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Barros Janez made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Polo Aliprando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xavieon Viñales was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 54 played minutes Pitishca got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Lagunez. Chatruc Cadaval showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barros Janez, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. German Mañe struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Chatruc Cadaval didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cola. Facundo Lantaron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chatruc Cadaval having to make a save. Cola's Xavieon Viñales proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Cola from getting a goal against them. Chatruc Cadaval stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of German Mañe's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Cola's goalkeeper Xavieon Viñales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jairo Loayza. If Jairo Loayza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
