Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Xizavier Mondragon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, CD Gulac's Bone Cossa got a free kick in the 4th minute. The supporters of Pitishca booed when CD Gulac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garcés Regato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Loayza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CD Gulac's Campos Cordovilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Polo Aliprando in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, CD Gulac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Neriz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Pitishca's Polo Aliprando got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Xizavier Mondragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Agustin Gonzalo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. George Villaseñor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chatruc Cadaval having to make a save. In the 22nd minute of the match Videl Pedrera shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chatruc Cadaval showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Velasco Arsuaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chatruc Cadaval didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Freddy Neriz went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Xizavier Mondragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 played minutes Pitishca got a freekick which was hit by Velasco Arsuaga. George Villaseñor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If George Villaseñor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the game, one of CD Gulac:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pitishca's Chatruc Cadaval played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xizavier Mondragon in the 48th minute of play.

After a defensive mix-up in Pitishca's zone, George Villaseñor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chatruc Cadaval came out of the goal and George Villaseñor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CD Gulac's Campos Cordovilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Loayza in the 59th minute of play. When Freddy Neriz fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Gulac's protests and gave Freddy Neriz a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes CD Gulac got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Neriz. 60 minutes into the match, Pitishca's Diego Artechevezuen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 63rd minute Polo Aliprando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Campos Cordovilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play CD Gulac's Freddy Neriz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Diego Artechevezuen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Velasco Arsuaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Polo Aliprando in the 77th minute of play forced CD Gulac's goalkeeper Campos Cordovilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CD Gulac getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Gian-Carlo Labiada hit a great ball. Campos Cordovilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Polo Aliprando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in CD Gulac's zone, Jairo Loayza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Campos Cordovilla came out of the goal and Jairo Loayza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santiago Ronquillo hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Viator Cal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Chatruc Cadaval. Pitishca's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Jairo Loayza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pitishca's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Loayza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Campos Cordovilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CD Gulac's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
