Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antonio Iribarne started the match with the kick off. Palmares's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Agustín Ganado in the 12th minute. A nice corner shot did that Agustín Ganado got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Videl Hermosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 13 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Palmares's Antonio Iribarne fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After having played for 18 minutes, Rixon Entrala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Sibimbe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rixon Entrala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frutos Ibarguen's late challenge caught a CD Sibimbe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frutos Ibarguen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Palmares getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Frutos Ibarguen hit a great ball. Raimundo Algorta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rixon Entrala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Coyette Averasturi managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Sibimbe's supporters rose to their feet, but Coyette Averasturi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo Algorta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Palmares getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Gilmar Abello hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Criban Retortillo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimundo Algorta showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Coyette Averasturi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Algorta having to interfere. In the 35thth minute of the game Rixon Entrala who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmares's Raimundo Algorta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 35 played minutes Palmares got a freekick which was hit by Vistruario Lanis. If Rixon Entrala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Videl Hermosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vistruario Lanis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Videl Hermosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rixon Entrala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rixon Entrala charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rixon Entrala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CD Sibimbe getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Rixon Entrala hit a great ball. Rixon Entrala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Algorta having to interfere. Raimundo Algorta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Coyette Averasturi in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Coyette Averasturi managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Sibimbe's supporters rose to their feet, but Coyette Averasturi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo Algorta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Palmares's Antonio Iribarne in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Sibimbe's goalie prevented a goal. When Coyette Averasturi fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Sibimbe's protests and gave Coyette Averasturi a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 played minutes CD Sibimbe got a freekick which was hit by Coyette Averasturi. Antonio Iribarne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute Antonio Iribarne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Videl Hermosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rixon Entrala in the 77th minute of play forced Palmares's goalkeeper Raimundo Algorta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as CD Sibimbe's Rixon Entrala slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Raimundo Algorta. That made the score 0-1 after 80 minutes of play. Vistruario Lanis hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, CD Sibimbe's Criban Retortillo tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Coyette Averasturi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilmar Abello kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Coyette Averasturi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Palmares fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CD Sibimbe were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
