The referee showed Sergio Belaunde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. López Villacanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Angel Madrid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the game, CD Cunchibamba's Juan-Angel Madrid nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. López Villacanes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Romo Tresgallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xencio Baracaldo having to interfere. Juan-Angel Madrid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without López Villacanes having to interfere. If Juan-Angel Madrid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Suárez Cobides received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. López Villacanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. López Villacanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan-Angel Madrid in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, CD Cunchibamba's goalkeeper Xencio Baracaldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romo Tresgallo. After 30 minutes of play, CD Cunchibamba's Suárez Cobides made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. López Villacanes was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Belaunde in the 34th minute of play forced CD Cunchibamba's goalkeeper Xencio Baracaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xencio Baracaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romo Tresgallo in the 39th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Belaunde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Sergio Belaunde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. López Villacanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Suárez Cobides in the 54th minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Juan-Angel Madrid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Cunchibamba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan-Angel Madrid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrigo Rubalcava kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. López Villacanes made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Juan-Angel Madrid sent off a good shot on target. After 60 minutes, Elias Erce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Cunchibamba and the Tullapamba SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute of the match Zambrano Valaguer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xencio Baracaldo skillfully saved the ball. Xzavion Castellano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Suárez Cobides in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck López Villacanes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan-Angel Madrid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without López Villacanes having to interfere. Tullapamba SC's López Villacanes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Tullapamba SC from getting a goal against them.
