Alejandro Gasca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Yader Cuello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ushpud SC's Leonides Masses got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Maga defense, Leonides Masses kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zorion Cembranos. The Maga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zorion Cembranos should have stopped the shot. Zorion Cembranos came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Ushpud SC's Leonides Masses. But to his dismay, Leonides Masses quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Gasca in the 17th minute of play forced Ushpud SC's goalkeeper Yader Cuello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Ambrossi Menocal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ushpud SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maga the free kick. In the 18th match minute, Ushpud SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrossi Menocal to maneuver through the defense. Ushpud SC's Leonides Masses got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejandro Gasca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yader Cuello read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonides Masses got free with Zorion Cembranos in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute, Zornin Laurenciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Leonides Masses managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ushpud SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Masses was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zorion Cembranos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alejandro Gasca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Zugarrondo was the one to do the kick off. Maga's Zorion Cembranos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Zugarrondo in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Maga getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Lastra Perlacia hit a great ball. Ushpud SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maga the free kick. Alejandro Gasca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Maga:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ushpud SC:s goal. Zorion Cembranos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Zugarrondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Maga's Zorion Cembranos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Masses in the 82nd minute of play. Franklin Tafoya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yader Cuello having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Valiente Ybarbo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ushpud SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maga the free kick. The supporters of Maga booed when Ushpud SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valiente Ybarbo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
