After 3 minutes, Hernando Esteban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Chinchinal and the Macuma players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes CD Chinchinal got a freekick which was hit by Hernando Esteban. Venceslao Vuelta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximiliano Nanclares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Rodriguez Ocharan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Maximiliano Nanclares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Gordo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yambay Sampil in the 16th minute of the match. Hector Gordo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yambay Sampil, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. A collision led to CD Chinchinal getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Hernando Esteban hit a great ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Rodriguez Ocharan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macuma's Maximiliano Nanclares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, CD Chinchinal's goalkeeper Hector Gordo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matamba Angosto. Venceslao Vuelta struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Maximiliano Nanclares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Chinchinal. Alfonso Quintianan kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, CD Chinchinal's Rodriguez Ocharan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximiliano Nanclares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Venceslao Vuelta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Rodriguez Ocharan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Nanclares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venceslao Vuelta scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Nanclares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 57th minute, Macuma's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Venceslao Vuelta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 60th minute, Yambay Sampil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Macuma defense, Venceslao Vuelta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Nanclares. The Macuma fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Nanclares should have stopped the shot. Venceslao Vuelta might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximiliano Nanclares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Venceslao Vuelta ran back to his position shaking his head. 73 minutes in the game, Venceslao Vuelta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Maximiliano Nanclares having to interfere. Loco Becerril took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hector Gordo. CD Chinchinal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hector Gordo came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Macuma's Yambay Sampil. But to his dismay, Yambay Sampil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 82 minutes into the match, Macuma's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguez Ocharan came free, but Maximiliano Nanclares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th match minute, CD Chinchinal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Villegas Cachorro to maneuver through the defense. CD Chinchinal's Hector Gordo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Lijo in the 88th minute of play. Rodriguez Ocharan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Macuma supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CD Chinchinal's performance. The match ended with a win for CD Chinchinal.
