Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ramirez Varioz started the match with the kick off. When Urbano Porta came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Petropolis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Porta couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, UD Jurupe's Romeo Armendariz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efrain Villalambrus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walter Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Villalambrus having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Romeo Armendariz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romeo Armendariz might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Efrain Villalambrus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Armendariz ran back to his position shaking his head. UD Jurupe's Libertad Polla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramirez Varioz in the 29th minute of play. Walter Joseph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Efrain Villalambrus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Villalambrus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Armendariz in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, UD Jurupe's Xan Mirabal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Xan Mirabal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of UD Jurupe protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Xan Mirabal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UD Jurupe! In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Petropolis FC. Bruno Gou stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Libertad Polla. 0-1. Libertad Polla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Porta in the 44th minute of play. The UD Jurupe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Petropolis FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Walter Joseph was the one to do the kick off. Efrain Villalambrus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Joseph in the 53rd minute of the match. Urbano Porta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Libertad Polla having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Ramirez Varioz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Petropolis FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramirez Varioz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Libertad Polla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in UD Jurupe's zone, Urbano Porta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Libertad Polla came out of the goal and Urbano Porta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the game, Stalin Bozo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Petropolis FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Jurupe the free kick. After a rather tough play, Petropolis FC's Stalin Bozo got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute, Ramon Balbas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Petropolis FC's Urbano Porta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Libertad Polla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 93rdth minute of the game Ramirez Varioz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Jurupe's Libertad Polla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in UD Jurupe's zone, Castro Manurga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Libertad Polla came out of the goal and Castro Manurga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Petropolis FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
