Fortunato Arceo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Lucena in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Xian Aguinaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of UD Zula booed when Conambo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xian Aguinaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xian Aguinaga's late challenge caught a UD Zula's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xian Aguinaga helped the player get up and apologised. Xian Aguinaga kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ramiro Lucena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Victor Lozares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Conambo's goalkeeper Fortunato Arceo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dominguez Riaza. In the 25thth minute of the game Xian Aguinaga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Zula's Salomon Gordejuela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Dominguez Riaza managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Zula's supporters rose to their feet, but Dominguez Riaza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortunato Arceo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fortunato Arceo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Lucena in the 33rd minute of the match. If Guagua Aujea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Guagua Aujea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Salomon Gordejuela. UD Zula's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guagua Aujea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Xian Aguinaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salomon Gordejuela having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Lucena in the 53rd minute of play forced Conambo's goalkeeper Fortunato Arceo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salomon Gordejuela didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. The supporters of Conambo booed when UD Zula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Herreras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xarles Rosario, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fortunato Arceo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Lucena in the 71st minute of play. Dominguez Riaza struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Fortunato Arceo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Zula. In the 77th minute, Dominguez Riaza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When UD Zula's Ramiro Lucena in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Conambo's goalie prevented a goal. Dominguez Riaza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fortunato Arceo having to make a save. Salomon Gordejuela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xian Aguinaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Conambo's Guagua Aujea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salomon Gordejuela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. UD Zula's Salomon Gordejuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xian Aguinaga in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Manolo Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salomon Gordejuela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José-Francisco Saa hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
