Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ramiro Lucena got the match started through his kick off. Noriega Guarnizo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Salomon Gordejuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Figueroa Azpeitia kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Weather Varas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José-Francisco Saa in the 11th minute of play. Ricart Carbo might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Salomon Gordejuela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricart Carbo ran back to his position shaking his head. Mario Amestoy kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Ricart Carbo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the UD Jama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricart Carbo couldn't finish the play. Salomon Gordejuela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricart Carbo in the 19th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ricart Carbo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Salomon Gordejuela was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in UD Zula's zone, Figueroa Azpeitia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salomon Gordejuela came out of the goal and Figueroa Azpeitia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of UD Zula booed when UD Jama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Olloqui didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dominguez Riaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dominguez Riaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 38 minutes, Dominguez Riaza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Zula's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominguez Riaza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute Ramiro Lucena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weather Varas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noriega Guarnizo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Salomon Gordejuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricart Carbo was the one to do the kick off. UD Jama's Weather Varas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Lucena in the 53rd minute of play. Weather Varas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominguez Riaza in the 55th minute. Ramiro Lucena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, UD Jama's Figueroa Azpeitia got a free kick in the 58th minute. With a little luck, UD Jama's Weather Varas got control of the ball when Dominguez Riaza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricart Carbo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Noriega Guarnizo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, UD Zula's goal looked a bit too open when Noriega Guarnizo came free, but Salomon Gordejuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noriega Guarnizo took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salomon Gordejuela. Salomon Gordejuela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UD Zula! Salomon Gordejuela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noriega Guarnizo's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Noriega Guarnizo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salomon Gordejuela having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the UD Zula players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for UD Jama.
