Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emanuel Orihuela started the match with the kick off. Leon Cayado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leon Cayado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mate SC's Walter Martinez got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Leon Cayado could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Jacobo Concellon however easily saved by the left post. If Walter Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Manuel Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but John Selgas was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 28th minute, Leon Cayado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Emanuel Orihuela came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Tiglli SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Orihuela couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Mate SC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Espinosa Arejola hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Tiglli SC's Emanuel Orihuela sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that John Selgas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mate SC's zone, Emanuel Orihuela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Selgas came out of the goal and Emanuel Orihuela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Walter Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Cayado got free with Jacobo Concellon in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. John Selgas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Andino went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Walter Martinez made a kick off. If Manuel Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 played minutes Emanuel Orihuela rounded Mate SC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Mate SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Emanuel Orihuela scored to the left of an out of position John Selgas, making the score, 0-3. John Selgas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. The supporters of Mate SC booed when Tiglli SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Lavega didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Cayado took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Concellon. Jacobo Concellon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 79th minute, Oscar Lavega had to leave the field with a concussion. Zumar Tascon charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zumar Tascon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mate SC's Zumar Tascon got a free kick in the 80th minute. Zamora Villamor didn't quite understand what happened when in the 81 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 86th minute Walter Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Concellon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Martinez struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Jacobo Concellon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mate SC.
